Urinary incontinence

Learning to live with the issue. Commercials for adult diapers had become common place on

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy: Often very beneficial but is under utilized. While it helps strengthen the pelvic floor it is often not as effective by itself but would be more effective coupled with votiva.

Treatment consists of 3 sessions 2-4 weeks apart. Sessions last approximately 1 hour for the first 2 sessions and 30-40minutes for the 3rd session. It is painless and down time is minimal.
