Jennifer Koutsodontis, Founder, Owner
Jennifer Koutsodontis is the founder and co-owner of 5th & Wellness alongside her daughter Karissa Desnoyers. Aside from running the business she’s created, Jennifer is a mother, as well as a physician, who balances the importance of family and her passion for 5th & Wellness.
At the age of 28, Jennifer began her journey in the medical industry. She realized her potential and worked effortlessly. Within years, Jennifer earned two medical degrees, eastern and western, all while being a mother. Upon making that life-changing decision, Jennifer became a huge believer in constantly reinventing herself and pushing her potential to new limits.
Alongside her daughter Karissa, Jennifer is creating a legacy for her family. 5th & Wellness has only just begun their success in this industry. The foundation of the family Jennifer has built within this practice will not only continue to keep them motivated but stand them out from the rest of the industry as well. She could not be more proud of the path her business has taken and she looks forward to the journey it has ahead.
Karissa Desnoyers, Owner
Karissa Desnoyers is the co-owner of 5th & Wellness. Upon graduating from Lynn University with her bachelor’s degree in business, Karissa knew she wanted to open her own business. What she never imagined was that business being in the medical industry. Although Karissa had already been in the industry for 5 years, she was thrilled when the opportunity came about to open a practice in east Boca.
Since taking on this role, Karissa has devoted her time and energy to making 5th & Wellness a legacy for her family. She takes pride in building a safe environment for her staff, where she listens to their concerns, pushes them to their greatest potential, and sets family foundations in their relationships. The friendships she’s built within her staff and patients have been nothing short of rewarding. Her vision for the business is simple. Growth, Consistency, and Sustainability. 5th & Wellness has only scratched the surface of what she believes it is capable of.
